Orders and Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message or email. However, Zeh Veil reserves the right to cancel or modify any order if necessary. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping details.
Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver your orders within the following timeframes:
Karachi: 2–5 working days
Nationwide: 3–7 working days
Shipping charges will be applied at checkout unless a free shipping offer is applicable. Delivery delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Return and Exchange Policy
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
Refunds are only provided if the item received is defective or incorrect. For all other cases, including change of mind, only exchanges will be offered. Customers are responsible for delivery charges during exchanges.
Sale items and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
